Family Law Association Response on Legal Aid Issues affecting our Membership

In 2015 The Committee responded to proposals from The Scottish Legal Aid Board and The Law Society Legal Aid Committee on issues affecting our membership. The Committee also represented the interests of our members at a meeting in May of 2015 with Scottish Ministers and interested stakeholders at The Scottish Parliament on access to justice issues which was attended by our Chair , Karen Gibbons and Vice Chair, Margaret Carlin.
